This has long been a source of frustration for modern builders because of their scarcity, but this all changed in 2015 when Xvive re-issued this elusive IC.

Tonal Recall marries the beautiful vintage character of the analog delays of yesteryear while bringing modern amenities such as tap tempo, optional bypass with trails, expression control over any parameter, and the ability to save presets. Every knob and switch is connected to a little digital brain while your guitar signal stays 100% analog the entire time and never gets digitally processed. Since the control of the effect is digital, it opens up unprecedented effects and features that have never been heard or offered in analog stompboxes.

Manufacturer: Chase Bliss
Type: Delay
Controls: Tone, Mix, Rate, Time, Regen, Depth, | Tap/Midi, SLB, Exp/CV Toggles | Tap/Hold, Bypass | Dipswitch array of custom options (see photo)
Inputs: Mono In, Exp CV, Tap/Midi
Outputs: Mono Out

This special "Red Knob" edition also includes a few more tricks up its sleeve:

1100ms max delay via 4 MN3005 chips

More repeats before breakup

More musical oscillation

More natural runaway / hold control

Ability to get slightly brighter

Slightly noisier due to more BBD delay chips

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0343/4368/2183/products/chase-bliss-effects-and-pedals-delay-chase-bliss-tonal-recall-analog-delay-red-knob-cbtonalrecallredu10-28564616773767.jpg?v=1650526690
https://www.chicagomusicexchange.mom/en-ca/products/chase-bliss-tonal-recall-analog-delay-red-knob-1182118
