There are plugged drill holes on the back of the headstock where the tuners were replaced and an unfilled drill hole on the face of the headstock from the previous string tree.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eModifications\/Repairs: \u003c\/b\u003eThe guitar has been fully rewired and all electronics have been replaced. Lollar \"Blackface\" pickups have been installed. The neck has been refretted with jumbo frets. The fret slots were cut deeper than necessary but the frets are level and this is not affecting playability. The bridge, output jack, strap buttons, string tree, and tuners have been replaced. At some point, the body was routed for a humbucker in the bridge position. Foam has been placed underneath the tension springs inside the trem cavity.
