The original pots and preamp have been preserved with the pickup install. The volume pot has a 1979 code. Controls include a master volume pot, 2-band eq, 3-way pickup selector, and active boost switch. Because of the slanted pickup mount, the neck pickup does not pick up the E and G strings as well as the A and D strings. The bridge pickup sounds full and when both pickups are selected this issue is nearly undetectable. This instrument would benefit from a different neck pickup (the original would be ideal).
Pickup Measurements: Reading not available due to active electronics
Hardware: All oorriginal
Weight: 11lbs 2oz
Modifications/Repairs: Original pickups have been replaced with Bartolinis
Case Details: Original hardshell case
Cosmetic Condition: This bass has moderate play wear.
