The neck is Bright, responsive and brings incredible note definition. Made with alnicu 3 magnets and wound to the mid 7.5K area with 43 GA wire. The bridge is articulate and has enough heat (upper 8.3's) to TWANG with a mix of flat alnico magnets to bring in Bright notes without going brittle. Wound with 42 Ga wire and a steel base plate adds to the power. This set sounds focused. The true Tele brightness is there, but also a certain sweetness. These have a very even range and response from top to bottom.......the neck pickup has a clarity and punch that typical Tele neck pups lack. These will do country and rock-n-roll all day long.
