Earthquaker Devices | CME Exclusive One-Off Pedal Editions foR 2023

Get Your One-of-a-Kind Earthquaker Devices Pedal—Only at CME!

If you missed last year’s round of CME Exclusive one-off pedals from EarthQuaker Devices, you’re in luck! You can make your EQD stompboxes stand out from the crowd of other pedals with the second annual run of CME Exclusive one-of-a-kind editions of some of our favorite EQD pedals!

Known for pushing the envelope with forward-thinking and unique products, EQD often experiments with multiple colorways and external hardware components for their pedals before they decide on the version that will eventually go to market. While EQD has been known to make exclusive runs for dealers (like CME) when a specific colorway is preferred by a certain store’s customer base, to be able to offer as many custom colorways as EQD does, they have to experiment—a lot!—which results in a stockpile of one-off pedals.

Each pedal is only available at Chicago Music Exchange, and will be listed individually—but, remember, when it’s gone, it’s gone!

CME and EQD: A Peerless Partnership

Here at CME, we love everything about guitar pedals. From the build quality of the circuits, themselves, to the chassis, to the controller configurations—including knobs, buttons, and switches—not to mention the color schemes and graphic designs that add to the pedals’ overall aesthetic. All of these factors are what make any musician’s pedalboard both a visual, as well as sonic, work of art.

And that’s why CME loves pedals made by EarthQuaker Devices! The Akron, Ohio–based pedal manufacturer loves effects pedals so much that they make them one at a time, by hand, the hard way. Designed to be simple and user-friendly, EQD pedals supply loads of practical, useable, and musical sounds, making them a launchpad for sonic exploration and aural innovation.

But, it’s not just the phenomenal sounds that make these pedals stand out. Often, it’s the eye-catching graphic designs, color schemes, and different knob types that make EQD pedals a step above your typical stompbox. So, when our dear friends at EarthQuaker Devices approached us with a chance to get hundreds of one-of-a-kind pedals all at once, we jumped at it!

Check out our entire offering of CME Exclusive EQD one-off pedals for 2023, and find the one that’s the perfect fit for your pedalboard before somebody else buys it first!
