Surf’s Up at CME This Summer with Guild Guitar’s New Surfliner Series!

Taking inspiration from the eccentric vintage Guild guitar body shapes of a bygone era, Guild’s Surfliner combines classic, offset styling with modern features!

With three pickups featuring individual toggle switches, the Guild Surfliner provides a range of tones—from full and warm, to bright and spanky with a vintage-style LB-1 humbucker in the bridge, while the DeArmond Aerosonic single coils in the neck go from bell-like to biting.

Together with the Guild Rocker Pickup Switching System, the Guild Surfliner allows for seven total pickup combinations for a wide variety of available sounds! Stop into CME to hear one, today!

So whether you're looking for fat, juicy sustain from the vintage-inspired bridge humbucker, or the plucky, airy sounds that conjure the ambience of sand and surf—or anything in between—the Guild Guitar Surfliner Series has the tone for you! Wax up your choice of the White Sage, Sunset Orange, or Catalina Blue at Chicago Music Exchange before heading to the beach today!
