WALRUS AUDIO | 2021 NEW REleases
A swell six-program reverb infinite adjustability and more than a few surprises!
Walrus Audio charges tusks first into 2021 with the brand new R1 Hi-Fidelity Stereo Reverb, a ranging, multi-function unit designed to become your new go-to.
The R1 Hi-Fidelity Reverb features six distinct, editable programs. The first three––Spring, Hall, and Plate––most users will recognize. New additions BFR, RFRCT, and Air are a bit more abstract.
If you haven’t guessed it already, BFR stands for BIG F*CKING REVERB. ‘Nuff said, right? RFRCT (refract) produces a more diffused sonic environment, adding a controllable glitch-like effect. Air behaves like it sounds, spreading your reverb until gossamer-thin, introducing a subtle shimmer and crisp decay clarity. Each of the six programs can be altered and controlled with the X knob and saved as one of nine available user presets (or 128 via MIDI).
The Walrus Audio R1 Hi-Fidelity Stereo Reverb also features momentary sustain and latching and a unique swell effect, functional with all six programs.
Opening yourself to experimentation doesn’t mean doing away with the essentials. With the Walrus Audio R1 Hi-Fidelity Stereo Reverb, you can finally have it all, any way you’d like it. Preorder yours today.
