Nearly 50 years later, history has repeated itself in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in California. The M-20 is a concert size acoustic guitar built with solid mahogany top, back, and sides, informally nicknamed “the Nick Drake guitar” for its inclusion on the album art for Drake’s album, Bryter Layter. It features a rosewood bridge and fingerboard, bone nut and saddle, and a satin nitro thin skin finish that allows this guitar to truly sing. The M-20’s modest appointments include a vintage style rosette and Guild’s peak logo inlaid in mother-of-pearl on the headstock.

Serial #: C217442
Weight: 4lbs 1.9oz

Body Top: Solid Mahogany
Body Back: Solid Mahogany
Body Sides: Solid Mahogany
Body Shape: Concert
Bracing: Scalloped Sitka Spruce
Rosette: ABS Ring
Finish: Satin Nitro Thin Skin
Body Depth Upper Bout: 3.25″ (82.6mm)
Body Depth Lower Bout: 4.125″ (104.8 mm)
Body Length: 18″ (457 mm)
Body Width Lower Bout: 13 3/4″ (350 mm)
Body Width Upper Bout: 10.125″ (257.2 mm)
Overall Guitar Length: 38.75″ (984.3 mm)
Body Binding: N/A
Top Purfling: N/A

Neck Material: Mahogany
Neck Shape: C Shape
Neck Joint: Mortise and Tenon
Scale Length: 24 3/4″ (628mm)
Nut Width: 1 3/4″ (44.5mm)
Nut Material: Bone
Fingerboard Material: Indian rosewood
Fingerboard Radius: 12″
Fingerboard Inlays: Pearloid Dot
# of Frets: 20
Tuning Machines: Guild Vintage Style Open Gear in Nickel with Cream Buttons, 20:1 Ratio
Hardware Finish/Plating: N/A
Truss Rod: Single Action
Truss Rod Wrench: 5/16″ / 8mm Socket Wrench

Bridge: Indian Rosewood
Bridge String Spacing: 2 1/4″ (57 mm)
Saddle: Bone
Bridge Pins: Ivory Colored Plastic
Case or Gig Bag: Guild Deluxe Humidified Wood Case
Endpin: Ivory Colored Plastic
Pickguard: Tortoiseshell
Electronics: L.R.
