Western Red cedar and walnut make a naturally warm and expressive pairing, with cedar responding readily to a lighter touch while walnut supplies midrange substance, low-end focus and top-end clarity. The result is especially well suited to fingerstyle playing and players who favor a more nuanced attack. Scalloped V-Class bracing enhances the guitar ’s volume, sustain and responsiveness, while the refined contours of the Builder ’s Edition design provide a comfort able playing experience.
A shaded edgeburst top and Kona Burst finish on the rest of the guitar complement the body’s gloss finish, which accentuates the beveled armrest and cut away. Black/maple/black purfling, Reflections fretboard and peghead inlays in green abalone, and a matching rosette complete the look.
