Description
The 00-21 Gram Parsons honors one of country-rock’s most influential voices with a limited-edition Martin inspired by his original 1963 00-21. Limited to 80 guitars in celebration of what would have been Gram’s 80th birthday, this 00 12-fret pairs East Indian rosewood back and sides with an old-growth Sitka spruce top treated with Martin’s Vintage Tone System® for a more open, aged-in sound, complete with aging toner and visual wear matched to Gram’s own guitar. VTS-treated Golden Era scalloped Adirondack spruce X-bracing adds vintage-inspired response, while the short 24.9" scale length, wider 1 7/8" nut, slotted headstock, and V-shaped neck profile offer a distinctive feel rooted in tradition. Finished with periodcorrect details and a label featuring Gram’s pre- printed signature, it’s a tribute to the sound and spirit of his “Cosmic American Music."
