Description
Acompass 60 is a premium acoustic amplifier purpose‑built for solo singer‑songwriters who demand a high level of vocal and acoustic guitar performance from a single compact amp.
Drawing on Yamaha’s unique expertise in both acoustic guitars and high-end PA systems, Acompass 60 delivers the performer’s True Acoustic Voice, faithfully conveying both vocals and guitar while enabling a comfortable, highly expressive performance. Unlike guitar‑centric acoustic amps, Acompass 60 gives equal priority to vocals, allowing singers to perform with confidence and ease, without compromise. From intimate house shows to small live venues, Acompass 60 bridges the gap between unplugged performance and amplified sound—letting artists fully focus on singing and playing through an intuitive, user‑friendly experience.
Features:
- Premium 60W acoustic amp designed for singer-songwriters, delivering true vocals and guitar tone without compromise.
- Yamaha D‑PRE preamp and meticulously tuned 1×8" full‑range speaker convey your True Acoustic Voice in small venues.
- Simple, intuitive control layout minimizes setup time and keeps focus on performance.
- Optimized dual channels, each with expressive musical EQ, input selection, and level control for GUITAR and VOCAL/INST.
- High-quality REVERB that naturally blends vocals and guitar, delivering a singer-friendly sound designed to keep performers focused on singing.
- One‑knob COMP designed to enhance ease of singing, delivering satisfying vocal volume and presence without the need to push your voice.
- ENHANCER compensates for the loss of high frequencies, overtones, and clarity often caused by piezo pickups and vocal microphones, adding clarity to your performance.
- AMBIENCE restores natural resonance to harsh piezo pickups for an organic acoustic tone.
- One‑touch feedback suppressor minimizes unwanted feedback in live performance environments.
- Compact and lightweight design for easy transport.
- Balanced XLR D.I. output, Bluetooth and AUX input support PA connection and external audio playback.
